Check with Your Youth Leader: All students attend as part of a church group. Please confirm with your local Youth Leader that they have reserved group spots for Ignite Camp 2026.

Fill Out the Registration Form: Once registration opens in January, you will use the link below to submit all personal, medical, and contact information.

Payment: Complete the payment process online via the registration form.

Submit the health and consent forms found here.

T-Shirt Deadline: Register by May 1, 2026, to guarantee a camp T-shirt.

Final Deadline: The final deadline for all registrations is May 15, 2026.
Total Camp Cost & What's Included
The total cost for the 2026 Ignite Camp is $375 per student. This price is all inclusive and covers:
Lodging for four nights at Heartland Retreat Center
All scheduled activities, including the high ropes course and pool
Camp programming, materials, and camp t-shirt
Required Health & Consent Form
Every student must have a complete health and consent form on file to participate in camp activities. This form must be printed and submitted by the deadline specified by your church leader.

Activity Consent: This form includes required parental consent for high-adventure activities like the High Ropes Course and Zipline.

Medication: Use this form to document all medications (OTC and prescription).
Financial Aid and Payment Plans
Payment plans and scholarships are managed directly by your local church. Please speak to your Youth Leader about available payment schedules or if you require financial assistance to attend camp.
