What to Bring & Camp Life
What is the schedule for each day?
A day at Ignite Camp is packed with spiritual growth, fun, and fellowship! You can find the full schedule and activities list here!
Camp Policies
What is the cell phones and electronics policy?
We ask that all students leave cell phones, tablets, and gaming devices at home so they can "disconnect to connect." By removing digital distractions, campers are able to fully connect with God, their leaders, and new friends.

Plus, camp is an active place! Leaving electronics at home prevents them from getting lost, broken, or stolen. Don’t worry, you can follow the fun through our daily social media updates, and our staff is always available if there’s an emergency.
Safety, Health, & Staffing
Who will be taking care of my student(s)?
Students are supervised by the Ignite Camp counselors from their own church.
-
We require a minimum 1-to-8 leader-to-student ratio.
-
All church leaders are required to undergo a background check prior to camp and must be high school age or older.
-
Heartland Staff is also on-site facilitating activities, providing lifeguarding, and managing food service. They are all vetted and background-checked through Heartland Conference and Retreat Center.
