B. Health Information

The required Health and Consent Form is a downloaded PDF and is intended to be submitted to the student's local church or mailed directly to the Camp. We instruct users not to upload or email sensitive medical information directly to the website.

Ignite Camp does not sell or rent personal information to any third party. Information is shared only in the following limited, necessary circumstances:

Church Group Leaders: Student names and basic contact information are shared with the affiliated Church Youth Leader for necessary group management and communication.
Service Providers: Shared with trusted third-party services (e.g., payment processors, email platform, web hosting) only as necessary for site operation. These third parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Compliance: When required by law or to protect the safety of our campers and staff.

4. Children’s Privacy and Online Data

Our website is directed to Parents and Guardians who are registering minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 through this Site. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete the information promptly.

We employ commercially reasonable security measures to protect the personal information we collect during online submission. We retain registration data only for as long as necessary to administer the current Camp year and for a reasonable period thereafter for administrative recordkeeping.
