The required Health and Consent Form is a downloaded PDF and is intended to be submitted to the student's local church or mailed directly to the Camp. We instruct users not to upload or email sensitive medical information directly to the website.

Church Group Leaders: Student names and basic contact information are shared with the affiliated Church Youth Leader for necessary group management and communication.

Our website is directed to Parents and Guardians who are registering minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 through this Site. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete the information promptly.
